In the immortal words of the Fresh Prince of Bel Air “WELCOME TO EARTH!” Mass Effect 3 Multiplayer is a total blast and I’m happy to say that’s it’s clearly here to stay. The latest free multiplayer expansion, simply titled “Earth”, allows players to participate in the brutal battle for Earth in three all new locations. It’s a ton of fun, and we want to play with YOU this Saturday night (7/21). Oh yeah, we *might* even have some extra special guests joining us… more on that later.
We here at Nerd Appropriate fell in love with Courtenay’s voice acting after her stellar portrayal of Subject 13/Jack in both Mass Effect 2 and Mass Effect 3. It took a special actor to pull off Jack’s soft-on-the-inside persona, and that actor was Courtenay Taylor.
The story of Firefly is one of swashbuckling space heroes, evil mega-corporations, and above all else, friendship. Ten years after its premature cancellation, Firefly is more popular than ever with “Jane hat” wearing fans all over the ‘verse. We were incredibly honored to be asked to cover the 10th anniversary panel and subsequent press conference
The presence of electronic gaming has grown each and every year at San Diego Comic-Con International, and this year is the absolute biggest year yet. SDCC will host a number of panels revolving around some of the hottest video game franchises in existence, and we’ll sure do our best to provide the best coverage possible.
For the past few years Bioware Base has been one of the highlights of our San Diego Comic-Con experience, and despite last year’s near fatal overdose of Pop Chips, we couldn’t wait to see what Bioware had planned for the big con in 2012. Fear not Bio-fans, there will be plenty of juicy Bioware goodness to satisfy all.
Interested in seeing what video game related panels are going to be at this year’s San Diego Comic-Con? We went ahead and sifted through the program to give you a heads up (Sat and Sun)
What game or franchise would you like to see receive new extended cut DLC in the vein of Mass Effect?
I sacrifice everything, there’s galactic peace, but, what do I get out of it?
Nothing. But, then, then there’s control. Shepard essentially becomes, well, god-like.
Sure, the moral form dies, but, all that power? There’s something to gain from this….
Well it’s here! Love it or hate it, the fabled Mass Effect 3: Extended Cut it upon us. Please use this *SPOILER* filled thread to spill your guts and let other members of the community know exactly how you feel about of Bioware’s latest DLC.
No what your view is of the Extended Cut, June 26th marks the first time in video game history that the opinions of the community have been directly directly addressed in such an agressive fashion. Bioware is indeed listening.
Hopefully everyone is enjoying an action packed E3 extravaganza this week! For those of us at home who are still enjoying the tactical bliss that is Mass Effect multiplayer, we have some info about this weekend’s community challenge. Unlike the “kill” and “promote” objectives we’ve seen in the past, Operation Mastiff will require the community to complete 100,000 delivery missions, the new objective included in the free Rebellion pack.
This week Bioware hosted a screening of Dragon Age: Dawn of the Seeker in San Francisco and other locations. I’ll admit, I had no idea this movie was going to be even shown in theaters, much less anywhere where near I live. So, I braved rush hour on the Bay Bridge and headed into the city to take a peek.
