We love Nerd Machine! Nerd Machine is the creation of Chuck’s Zachary Levi, and is a great place to get some T-shirts and accessories (before the world ends later today). Mass Effect 3 lead producer Casey Hudson and a handful the game’s creators are excited about their new game. So excited in fact, that they can’t keep their mouths shut.
Mass Effect 3 has been delayed, and we’ve determined that’s good news. More time means more polish, more story, and a better Mass Effect. The nerds have been debating what we’d love to see in Mass Effect 3, so here is a brief and hopeful list.
Tune in @ 7:30 EST to our live recording of a very mayo covered podcast! #24
By now you’ve heard. The most anticipated title of 2011 won’t be coming out in 2011 at all, but… that’s sort of good thing.
I’m going to fill you in on a little secret, Nerd Appropriate is run by THREE people all of whom have full time jobs. This means that we run and operate the site in our off hours, and, still have to make time for friends, family, food, and fun. April was a bit of a struggle for us, but we made it through and still managed to provide a sizable chunk of new and exclusive content. There is a ton of stuff in the works for May, but for now, let’s take a look at some of April’s highlights.
We must have looked into our crystal balls, because all of our “guesses” about Mass Effect 3 were spot on!
Mass Effect 2 is one of my favorite games of all time. When I got married last year I gave copies of it to my groomsmen. I’ve beaten the game five times, and have completed a fresh “Insanity Run”. I would probably get an N7 tramp stamp and not give a shit what people thought about me. Needless to say any new bit of Mass Effect content is going to make me a very, very happy man.
The final Mass Effect 2 DLC is set to crash land on March 29th… Hold on!
Pilx surprised me with this one while at lunch today. So all the credit goes to him for finding this gem
Hey all, it appears that the story of Mass Effect 2 is not quite over. I’ve been wanting to post about the new DLC for ages, but solid information was scarce, and speculative at best. All we had were tid-bits of infomation leaked onto the web by random devs who were mentioning things they probably weren’t at liberty to discuss. It was like decrypting the fucking Zodiac cypher.
X-Box live is offering all of the Mass Effect 2 DLC for 200 points each. This deal actually expires late tonignt, but if you haven’t stumbled across this news yet I’ll spell it out for you.
