This week, we welcome Jessa Brezinski from Harmonix to talk about Dance Central’s summer fitness challenges, community management, life on the convention road, and nerdy hobbies. Be sure to keep an eye on @JessaBrez, @Dance_Central, and @FantasiaGame for the latest. I am loving it.
So It’s GDC week and for the first time ever, I’m out here – and it’s amazing! Seriously, I’m as excited as a little kid going to summer camp! (well, a confident little kid, not the kind who dreads leaving their parents and is overcome with a paralyzing fear at the sight of strangers).
Heeeeeyyyy Sexy DLC!
Shake those money makers with a slew of DLC discounts in preparation for Dance Central 3 this October!
In this episode we sing songs, and talk about food. Also, we talk Batman Arkham City, Squids for iOS, In Living Color, SWTOR, Resident Evil, Dance Central 2, Battlefield 3, and the Ico HD remake. Treat yo’ self.
Reviews are a-plenty! Mass Effect comic, The Thing, another Spider-Man game, Grimm, Dance Central 2, Batman: Arkham City (hint: it’s good) and more. We bring the news, and your responses to our twitter question about comic book video games. Special thanks to Mark Dago for a track from “Kill Screen”. A true feast for your nerdy appetite!
Nerds come in all shapes and sizes. In case you haven’t heard of Keltie Colleen, she became the idol of thousands of young dancers as a Radio City Rockette (one of the most prestigious dance organizations in the entire universe). While I’m no dancer (I can’t even walk very well), I very much admire people that work their ass off to accomplish something huge and actually pull it off.
Holiday booty that is! Since my brothers in nerdery are in the process of moving to a new lair and/or stalking Kristen Bell or something, I figured I’d keep the dream alive and continue my mad holiday posting spree. What else am I supposed to do with 17 days off? Because it’s always fun to discuss what you got for the holidays, let’s make some more fracking lists.
