You want to make a Zabrak trooper? Hubble got chu. You want your Imperial Agent to be able to force choke one of the sand people in the dune seas of Tatooine? Hubble got chu. You want to be able to transfer bound items between your alts, either empire or republic, with the same server environment? Okay you get the idea. They’re Real?

In today’s modern age of gaming developers will often base their creations on real people. In the past it was jarring to see an “actor” pop up as a video game character, especially if they were were relatively well known. Can you imagine the nightmare of plopping in Super Mario 4 and seeing a CG version of Danny Devito hurling fireballs from his swollen quasi-dwarven finger tips?

Win “Achievements”: We are covering the Spike VGA Awards

Nerd Appropriate is covering the 2010 Spike VGA awards with a live stream, some pizza, and hopefully some toilet humor. (Sat 12/11 8pm EST)
Even if you can’t attend the party itself we are going to give away “Achievements” to the folks that can guess the winners in a wide variety of categories. What are these “achievements” you speak of? You’ll have to wait and see.

    I like this system a lot. Players should be rewarded for having multiple characters. I, unfortunately, canceled my account, so keep me up to date if these new upgrades breaths enough fresh life into the game to bring me back.

    Ahh thanks for the write up I hadn’t caught the video yet – really cool sounding! Taking a breath from ME3 brought me back into some of my SWTOR characters haha. Love the concepts of creating your own ‘stories’ between characters, so hearing about this really appeals to me! Thanks for the heads up on it 🙂
