METAL GEAR SOLID holds a special place in most gamer’s hearts as one of the most action packed, enigmatic, and ambitious video game franchises of all time. With roots that date as far back as the original NES, gaming just wouldn’t be the same without Metal Gear around.
I love video games, but some modern gaming trends just drive me crazy. While playing and reviewing Duke Nukem, I decided to write up a short list of some of the problems with modern video games. To clarify, I didn’t write this list to “SLAM” game makers, but to shine a spot-light on some of the major (and trendy) design flaws in modern video games. Enjoy!
