I know it’s a week late, but my NAQOTW answer is the Krogan Warlord on Therum when trying to rescue Liara. I have just started an Insanity run and god damn that bastard is hard to kill. I’ve got Wrex and Garrus with me (Garrus is worse than useless) and I can get it down to me and wrex vs the Krogan – but once that dude starts charging, it’s count down the seconds to death 🙁

Saren by comparison is a wet blanket – you need sabotage, damping and singularity/lift – hit him with the first 2 to stop his tech & biotics, shield recharge abilities, then singularity/lift to get him in the air and defenseless and unload everything on him :).
